I phoned Always Plumbing at 8.45 this morning (very icy!) having discovered that my water tank in the loft had been overflowing overnight. I was told someone would be with me between 10.00-10.30 a.m. At 9.50, Sam arrived. By 10.30 he had finished, having replaced the ballcock in the tank.
