If you let a property with gas appliances in them then by law you have to have a CP12 (Landlord Certificates) see below.
CP12 (Landlord Certificates)
As it is a legal requirement that all rented accommodation have a Landlord Certificate before they can let the property. If you do not have one you will be liable to a fine which can be very substantial, at Always Plumbing we can carry out all your landlord certificate at the same time as we service the equipment.
A Landlord certificate has a list of requirements which includes the checking of ventilation, gas supply, gas tightness (leaks), burner pressure or gas rate (gas being burned) We also record a record property condition as was seen by our engineer
