Radiators

The job of a radiator is simple, to produce heat. How to choose a radiator for your home may be a little harder due to the range and designs. At Always plumbing we will help you find the perfect radiator for your home. The types of radiator vary from  Steel panel convectors to  Low surface temperature radiators.

Radiators which have fin's welded to the rear of the radiator panel a small amount have a small amount of heat radiating direct from the steel panel but most of their heat is produced via convection. Standard steel panel radiators rely on radiant heat, due to not having fin's this leads to less efficient heating being produced in one spot of the room which will lead to cold spots in the room. It is important to place the radiator at the correct height and most advantageous position in the room. At Always Plumbing we will guide you through this problem .
